Detailed Description
The three-storied stone pagoda is located on the southern slopes of Dunjinsan Mountain, on the East side is the former Sabeol tomb, and on the West is the reign of the royal tomb guard. Here Dunjinsan Mountain and Yibugok Toseong area are presumed to be the origin of the old Sabeol States culture, and there are a lot of legendary sites including the Wanghwalgyo Bridge.
There was a stone pagoda of the main group, but when Donamseowon was founded, four pieces were dismantled and only one deceit remained. It cannot be speculated when the river was here, but it is estimated that the size of the temple was not so small as a record that there were five stone pagodas.
The total height of the three-story stone pagoda is 633cm, which is estimated to have been built around the 9th century, in the Unified Silla Dynasty. The stone pagoda was built on supporting base rocks, composed of 8 rectangular stones, with the upper body being a single layer and omitting the lower foundation floor. The upper body flat rock is made up of four sheets of stones and in the center, a single-angled base is supporting the body. The angle of the roof is flat, and the inverted angle is tight, making it a light body. The stone pagoda is known as the work of the Unified Silla Dynasty in that the upper body is inferior to the body in that it has a traditional tradition. Though this pagoda is far from the old Sabeol States, the pagoda itself is at the Sabeol States, and there is evidence of the fact that there was a river there already, and over the millennium, the Hwadali 3-storey stone pagoda will continue to endure and testify of tomorrow.
